Boost your fitness and your mood with some high intensity intervals! A different workout each week designed by our ride leaders. These workouts are for everybody, no matter your current fitness level. A bike computer or watch will be necessary to keep track of time.
Intervals with Nancy
Mondays 6:30 PM
Meeting place: Birds Hill Park, North Drive roadside parking at Chickadee entrance.
Workouts take place on paved road, open to local traffic.
Open to all Velodonnas members, no matter your fitness level.
Bring a cycling computer or a watch to keep track of your work and rest intervals.
The group will warm up and cool down together but the intervals will be on your own.
